Escape R
The Escape R model is equipped with a diaphragm clutch with a hydraulic control, made for competition. The engine flywheel coupled with a set of different balancing weights allows several inertia settings.

New engine made in EM
This engine offers an unmatched power-to-weight ratio (3.3kW/kg), with an engine speed reaching up to 14,000 rpm, a peak power output of 18kW, and 740Nm of torque at the wheel.
On top of that, a 40% increase in motor inertia significantly enhances its smoothness and overall power delivery.
The performance is both incredible and accessible to all, thanks in particular to the bike’s mapping.
These capabilities are a true pleasure on long-distance rides, combining responsiveness with extended pull; the 2026 Escape R is more versatile than ever.
New EM Battery Pack
Get ready to ride without limits: the Escape R now comes equipped with the brand-new 3,500Wh battery.
Despite its lightweight design, the Escape lineup retains its renowned maneuverability and climbing capabilities, while now being powered by the battery that offers the greatest range in the Escape series.
This new battery was entirely developed by EM’s R&D department.
New armswing
The 2026 Escape R now comes equipped with a brand-new swingarm.
A completely redesigned swingarm has been developed by the EM team: 300 grams lighter than the previous version, offering improved traction, a brand-new adjustment system, and increased protection and robustness.
Finally, this new swingarm also integrates a new side stand along with its lighter, forged mount.
TFT screen
RPM, speed, remaining battery range, TKO start, map selection, all important information is directly visible on your new generation screen.
The new screen benefits from the TFT technology offering a comfort usage and very high quality.
The Best Technology by EM
FRB (Fixed Regenerative Brake):
The FRB, or Fixed Regenerative Brake, is a system that recovers charge capacity through braking. This braking technology provides extra safety in extreme conditions, delivering controlled and precise braking.
For even greater ergonomics and progressiveness, you can also opt for the optional PRB R.
TKO (Engine Speed Control):
This innovation offers the ideal feel for both beginner and experienced riders. With a constant engine speed, the bike gains precision in acceleration and traction. It acts as a low-rpm power control assist. Whatever your skill level, you can activate or deactivate TKO at any time via the EM Connect app.
TKO can only be engaged through the EM Connect app!
Anti-Reverse:
The Anti-Reverse system locks the rear wheel in extreme conditions for added safety.
Simply press your PRB R, FRB, or PRB to trigger the action on your rear wheel. Accelerate again, and it instantly deactivates.
